I didn't like the fact that sanji's teacher was the one who told him to not a lift a finger on a women, which had became very fatal and problematic for sanji till now and will become more worse in future, meanwhile everyone else in the crew believes in gender equality.

Me too, but for usopp i understand that a sniper can't fight face to face he should a place to shot someone and believe me usopp's range of snipe is unbelievable, he can use observation haki as well and he will get better and better in future. For nami she is a top class navigator so you can't expect her to fight , but still her clima tact is awesome and that clima tact had electrocuted big mom as well and in manga you ll come to know she might be a coward but she respects her captain even when she was dying she did something unbelievable and she got a damn god level power up as well.

I know that both Usopp and Nami has power in various ways! Usopp's sniper ability is amazing which is really praise able, so as Nami's navigation Skills and her Climate power. I really like it when they show their power but can't help but find it annoying when they run away or do something bad; In water 7 Usopp has gone against his captain,left the crew and Fight with Luffy, can understand that Merry has a special place but he shouldn't do it with the captain.
Few days before they are gonna leave water 7, Luffy thought of bringing back Usopp,but Zoro stopped him, because Zoro wanted to Usopp to say sorry to Luffy for doing that. Zoro even said something like "Luffy might be dumb in head but he is our captain" we need to respect him as a captain. Nami was with the idea of Bringing back Usopp, but Zoro shutted up Nami too. Usopp apologized and then Luffy brought him back to ship.
Yeah, it was before time skip. But now they really treat Luffy as captain. But the way Usopp ran way while the fairies were caught by Trebol, I didn't like it. He could have attack them from a distance but instead he ran away. Even though later he came back. But overall I like both Nami and Usopp but find it irritating when they do this.

After that usopp had to pay for what he did, he begged luffy to join his crew again.
